Happy Birthday, Marié!!!

As you should have known by now, we cannot skip doing something special on your birthday.

This year, we decided to change up one of your songs to really highlight how far your music has spread all around the world.  It was a challenge for some of us to do what we did to your song, so we hope you enjoy it!!

Thank you for all the support and the time that you give to us, especially, and we cannot stress this enough, thank you for the beautiful friendship your music has created!!!  Every year, on your birthday, is also a day this site was officially launched.  So every year on this day, we are also reminded of how your music brought us together to create this community online to share our experiences and make new, life long friends.

With that said, Happy Anniversary, to the Digbyholics all over the world as well!!  Thank you for making this site your number one place for Marié Digby news!  It has been an amazing 3 years and we hope you all stick around for more!!

Cheers to another year of cheesy friendships and crazy memories together!!  Celebrate good times, c’mon!!  ENJOY!!!  :D

Thank you, Carina, for editing this video for us!!

Thank you to Cherry, April, Adriana, Alex, Tammy, and Carina (again) for singing the song for us!!

Thank you to everybody who participated in this project!!  We hope to do more of these projects and see more new faces.  :)

Digbyholics!!  I’m sorry it has been so long since the last Digbyholic Got Talent.  :(

BUT I am excited to be back to share this new talent from Singapore who goes by the name of Julia aka msvanillalea on YouTube.  She wrote in the description that Marié inspired her to play the guitar.  As soon as this girl started singing, I fell in love with her voice.  In fact, I ended up watching all her videos, and up until now, I can’t stop replaying her rendition of “I Do.”  Anyway, to sum it all up, she got herself a new fan.  :)  I hope you all enjoy her video as much as I did!  Be sure to show her some love and check out her other covers!!

Have a great weekend, Digbyholics!!

Happy Friday, Digbyholics!!  Hope you had a lovely Valentines Day. :)

Anyway, today’s Digbyholics Talent goes to someone known as ZanNNNNG on YouTube.  Here, he did a cover of “Kimi To Iu Hana” from Marié’s Japanese cover album, “Second Home.”  I think he did a really good job.  Hope you enjoy it too!!  :)

Happy weekend!

Some good news for our Singapore Digbyholics! Your Love will be released in Singapore today. Just perfect enough cus Valentine’s day is just around the corner. Make sure to grab your physical album and take a picture holding it to show some love! Here’s a little snippet of the interview :) Click the link below for the full version. Thanks for this photo, Melissa!

Can you tell us about this new album you’re doing?

This is going to be my very first, 100 percent, independent album. So in some ways it’s very scary because I’m all alone. There’s no one to tell me what to do, what direction I should go, what I should sing about, represent, so I have complete freedom. But mostly, it’s just exciting that I don’t have anyone to answer to and that I can make music that’s purely me and it’s not dictated or influenced in any way by any record company. I will admit that even when I was with the labels I was very stubborn so I was true to myself as an artiste! I’m going to have to learn how to package it, market it, all on my own. It’s really doable. It just comes down to having great songs that resonate with the world. That’s what I’m trying to come up with – a body of music that I’m really proud of.
